Our hosting provider automatically collects technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, which is used to operate and secure the Site. Client payments are processed by LawPay, a third‑party payment processor with its own privacy practices; the Site links to LawPay but payment information is not collected through the Site itself.
Legal, regulatory, and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, court orders, or regulatory or professional obligations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the firm or others.
Corporate transactions. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale of assets, or transition of the practice to another provider, subject to applicable rules of professional conduct.
With your consent or direction. We may disclose information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

Elpis Law does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising, and does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes of inferring characteristics. California residents may also request information under California’s “Shine the Light” law regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct‑marketing purposes; we do not make such disclosures.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as required by law.
