Our principal attorney Christopher D. Lee is an experienced litigation attorney and has consistently been recognized by our clients of diverse backgrounds in a wide-range of matters.

In our commercial practice, we have experience advising and representing corporations in commercial/contract negotiation, intellectual property, labor law, merger & acquisition and other related matters. For our international clients, we have extensive experience opining and issuing legal opinion letters and advising PRC-based companies, including listed companies and multinational groups, on U.S. legal and compliance matters arising from their overseas operations, including in connection with PRC domestic listings (such as Shanghai Stock Exchange listings) and overseas listing projects, including those involving Hong Kong.
