Please describe the dispute, the parties involved, and any upcoming hearing, response, or limitations deadline. Deadlines matter: a responsive pleading date, an arbitration demand, or a statute of limitations can narrow the options available in a matter, so it helps to identify them early.

Before the firm discusses confidential information with you, it may need to run a conflict check against the opposing parties. That is why the contact form asks, optionally, for the opposing party or counsel. Until the firm confirms in writing that it represents you, no attorney‑client relationship exists, and you should not send privileged or confidential material.
