Quite Title/Real Estate Fraud Litigation: In 2025, Mr. Lee has successfully prosecuted a real estate action in Riverside County, California, resulting in quiet title to residential real property and claims for monetary damages exceeding $2 million based on fraud-related conduct.

Construction Defect Complex Litigation:  Our firm successfully represented plaintiffs in a construction defect action asserting fraud-based claims and unlicensed contracting  against multiple responsible parties. Despite defendants’ attempts to evade liability through bankruptcy filings, the Court credited the evidence supporting plaintiffs’ fraud-based claims and entered a judgment exceeding $5 million in favor of plaintiffs after years' extensive litigation.

Unlicensed Contractor Litigation:  We represented individual Plaintiffs who were victims of unlicensed contractors. Following trial, we helped our clients obtained a favorable judgment on liability against the defendants. The defendants were not only held civilly liable for their unlawful conduct, but were also convicted by the prosecutor’s office and the California Department of Real Estate.

This is a complete victory for a small group of individuals who were defrauded by unlicensed contractors.
