Sichen (Sarah) Wu, Esq.
Ms. Wu is licensed to practice law in the State of California and has been admitted into various federal district courts including the Federal District Court for the District of Southern California. Ms. Wu is also licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

As the partner of ELPIS LAW. Ms. Wu’s practice mainly focuses on family law, civil litigation and cross-border matters.
She is a dedicated family law professional with extensive experience representing clients in divorce, property distribution, and the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ms. Wu also regularly advises intended parents in domestic and international surrogacy and assisted reproduction matters.
In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Wu handles a broad range of civil litigation and real estate disputes, including contract actions, ownership and title disputes, and business-related litigation. She has worked with several litigation law firms, where she refined her advocacy, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation skills over the years.
Ms. Wu is frequently involved in cross-border projects, assisting international clients with matters involving U.S. legal compliance, family law planning, and dispute resolution, and serving as a key liaison between U.S. counsel and overseas parties. She is known for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and practical, client-focused approach.
Education :
Ms. Wu graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Law Degree in China, where she passed Chinese National Judicial Examination and has been admitted to practice law in China. She later obtained a second law degree from the University of Southern California.

Professional Experience
Kirsty was born and raised in Hong Kong. Her previous roles as a law clerk at an international conglomerate and the Hong Kong Judiciary brings over five years’ experience in business law and court administration to our team. She supports our attorneys and clients with her strong communication skills and professionalism.

Her extensive credentials include a translation degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a paralegal certificate at Pasadena City College.
