​Represented Case 

  • In defending case filed in federal court for an owed debt for over $2 million by an international law firm, Mr. Lee persuaded the federal judge to dismiss with prejudice his client following two(2) successful motions to dismiss, notwithstanding Plaintiff’s alter-ego allegations. ​

  • In defending case filed state court for alleged damages of over one million dollars, Mr. Lee defended his clients by persuading the Court to dismiss all eighteen(18) legal causes of action via only one(1) pleading motion practice. 

​

  • In 2024, Mr. Lee helped his client prevailed in a corporate dispute in the Orange County Superior Court and then, in the California Court of Appeal (case no. G062610). He successfully argued to the appellate court that California Corporation Code Section 17704.10, despite its mandate, does not infer an independent obligation for business to “create” records that are otherwise unavailable.

  • Construction Defect / Fraudulent Transfer Litigation: Successfully represented Plaintiffs pursuing fraudulent transfer claims against responsible parties in a construction defect matter, notwithstanding intervening bankruptcy filings, resulting in a $5 million judgment plus attorneys’ fees after extensive litigation.

  • Federal Litigation, a High-Value Judgment in 2025: In a complex action before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, obtained aggregate judgments exceeding seven figures on behalf of the plaintiffs.
